Are You Wondering if You’re Pregnant?
Typically, the first sign of pregnancy is a missed period. However, changes in your menstrual cycle can occur for other reasons.
Stress, increased exercise, a hormonal imbalance, and rapid weight gain or loss can all cause your cycle to change.

Confirming Your Pregnancy
Start with a pregnancy test to confirm your pregnancy. You can either purchase one over the counter at a drugstore or pharmacy or visit The Pregnancy Resource Center to receive a free pregnancy test.
Experts recommend retesting approximately 4 or 5 days after your initial test to confirm the results. We offer a complimentary retest for you.
Knowing if You’re Actually Pregnant
A pregnancy test only indicates the possibility of pregnancy. We encourage you to get an ultrasound to determine if your pregnancy is viable. A viable pregnancy is developing with a detectable heartbeat.
Experts estimate that as many as 26% of all pregnancies end in a miscarriage, and the majority of miscarriages occur in the first 12 weeks. Depending on when you took your pregnancy test, you could still get a positive result for days or even weeks after a miscarriage.
